HOW TO CONTRACT OUR SERVICES.

We offer several options to contract our Products and Services according to your special needs:

  1. Project: The customer provides a set of requirements and specifications, and we provide a suitable proposal in schedule, price and payment conditions.

  1. Event: According to our available training courses or techical events, the customer may choose and participate on them for a per person fee .

  1. Training in the Working Place: A combination of the above options. IEIA is contracted for a specific project and the customer's personnel participates during the developement and implementation process. By this way, not only the project is accomplished but the personnel gets the training needed for further tasks

  1. Monthly Fee: The customer contracts monthly sets of consultancy hours for a period from 3 to 12 months, according to his specific needs. A monthly fee is proposed stablished  and it has to be paid within the first 10 days of every month. A contract is signed between IEIA and the customer.

    2. Under this scheme, the customer may use all our available technical tools, such as training courses, project and software developement, etc. It is the best option to get the maximum support at the lower cost.

 
  1. Product and Services Purchase: The customer may purchase our Products or Services by contacting our Customer Service Department or sending your purchase order by fax.
