OBJECTIVES:
To provide the statistical tools that allow users to use efficiently measurement instruments, to interpret and take advantage of them in order to improve their processes, support institutional decision making and avoid that the internal errors of the questionnaires be "paid by those to whom the evaluation is oriented".
