WORKSHOP: DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF OPINION QUESTIONNAIRES.

OBJECTIVE:

To provide the participants whit the basics of opinion questionnaire design.

Design and validation of items.

Analysis and calibration surveys and questionnaries.

 DIRECTED TO:

Responsibles of of the design of opinion surveys, for quality control of service and other opinion pools .

SUMMARY:

  1. Concept of semiobjective tests.

  2. Definition of the profile to be evaluated.

  3. Definition of scales. Linkert scales. Rating scales.

  4. Construction of semiobjective items in Linkert scales.

  5. Calibration and item analysis using classical models.

  6. Introduction to nonclassic models of analysis of rating scales.

  7. Application of an opinion questionnaire and its analysis using KALT-OPINION.

DURATION: 24 HRS.

The material is presented in lectures and practical worckshops.                                                                         Use of the computer the last day.
The use of calculator and plotting paper in this course is required
